At Garage Car Parts we hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, we know that sometimes you will need to return an item. If you are unhappy with your goods for any reason, you can return your item to us (This does not affect your cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013). We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on unused items returned within 365 days of purchase. If the item is faulty, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange where available. If you have chosen to return your item to Garage Car Parts Store, then you do not need to call us in advance. Simply visit our store with your original invoice, adhering to the PPE and social distancing measures that are in place. Returning your item by Courier (Royal Mail, or DPD)
Before returning your item, please contact our Customer Service Team for a Returns Authorisation Number. This will help us to track your return and ensure you receive your exchange or refund promptly. Alternatively, we can arrange the collection using our Courier DPD at a subsidised cost of £4. Any products returned must not be devalued, should be in a re-saleable condition and include the documentation and original packaging. Please ensure you have contacted our Customer Service Team for a Returns Authorisation Number, and read our Terms and Conditions for faulty products. We will arrange a pick-up service free of charge. All items will be inspected before an exchange or refund is applied. This returns procedure only applies to Online purchases and Click and Collect.
